Damaged & significant delays

In the unlikely event the product arrives to you damaged, our printing company (The Printspace) will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please contact us at info@nickdeclercq.com. We will then contact the printing company to check the problem and take the necessary steps.

Our printing company (The Printspace) only offers refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at the discretion of the printing company. In either cases the printing company may request return of the products so that they can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at the cost of the printing company, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by the printing company.

Other refunds

Because all of our artwork is custom produced, we apologize but we cannot provide full refunds. If for any case you change your mind within 30 days and would like to requests a refund. We are willing to work with you for a solution but will have to deduct any refund with the fulfilment costs (production, administration, processing fees). The remaining amount will be refunded to you, refunds will be held until the returns are received by us.
